Business Analyst & Operations Associate

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst & Team Support Associate to join our Software Development department. In this dual-function role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for internal team support while also driving the documentation of business requirements and ensuring project scope is clearly defined and aligned with stakeholder expectations.

Engage with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements in a clear and structured manner. Translate business needs into well-defined functional and non-functional requirements. Write and maintain comprehensive scope documents, ensuring all project boundaries and deliverables are accurately captured. Facilitate requirements workshops, interviews, and review sessions with business and technical teams. Identify gaps, risks, and dependencies within project scopes and propose solutions. Create and maintain documentation such as Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), User Stories, Use Cases, and Process Flow Diagrams. Ensure all documented requirements are reviewed, approved, and signed off by relevant stakeholders before development begins.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience (2+ years) as a Business Analyst, preferably within a software development environment. Strong ability to write clear and concise requirement documents and scope definitions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills able to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical audiences. Proficiency with documentation and project management tools (e.g., Confluence, Jira, Microsoft Office). Familiarity with software development lifecycles (SDLC). Experience with Jira, confluence is plus
