Description

We’re hiring a Client Booking Specialist to join TVGM Group in Pakistan.````````````` This is a salary + commission-driven role for someone who knows how to sell, close, and build real client relationships in the digital space. You’ll be working across our offices in Gulberg and Phase 6.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities • Set up and attend client meetings • Pitch services including: • Weddings, Events, Photobooth, Corporate Docs • Manage the full sales cycle — from lead to close • Build and maintain client relationships and building partnerships • Coordinate with internal creative and operations teams • Ensure smooth project handovers and client satisfaction • Use Bitrix24 to manage leads and pipelines

Qualifications

• Must be based in Lahore and available on-site • Previous experience in sales and/or marketing is required • Strong communication and closing skills • English required • Experience in digital marketing or creative agencies is preferred • Confident in meetings, pitching, and negotiations

Benefits

• Base + Commission Salary: Base 80,000 - 100,000 and earn up to 150,000 - 200,000 (Tiered commission structure) • Location: Phase 6 • Role Type: Full-time, on-site
