Description

In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer interactions through calls and assisting them with their banking-related queries and issues. You will ensure a smooth customer experience by providing accurate information, resolving problems, and guiding customers on bank services and digital platforms.

Responsibilities

Handle incoming customer calls and resolve queries efficiently Manage complaints and service requests according to bank procedures Provide information about bank products and services Assist customers with mobile banking, online banking, and ATM-related issues Ensure first call resolution wherever possible Guide customers on digital banking usage and features Make outbound calls if required for support or follow-ups Follow all bank policies, compliance, and service standards

Qualifications

Minimum Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills (English & Urdu) Customer service-oriented mindset Basic computer and MS Office skills Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends/holidays
