This is a night-shift logistics coordination role focused on managing US trucking operations. You will communicate with American brokers and drivers, book freight loads, negotiate rates, and ensure smooth delivery operations in real time.

Responsibilities

Find and book freight loads using US load boards (DAT, Truckstop) Negotiate shipping rates with US brokers Coordinate with drivers for pickup and delivery schedules Track shipments and provide live status updates Handle logistics issues such as delays, breakdowns, or documentation problems Maintain constant communication with drivers and clients Work during US business hours (night shift in Pakistan) Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

Fluent English communication (very important) Ability to work night shifts (US time zone) Basic Excel, Google Maps, and email skills Good multitasking ability Strong negotiation and communication skills Basic understanding of geography (US states/time zones) Ability to stay calm under pressure
