Description

This is a remote digital marketing support role focused on email campaign execution and coordination. You will manage email marketing workflows, organize campaign assets, track performance, and support eCommerce marketing teams.

Responsibilities

Set up, schedule, and coordinate email campaigns (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar tools) Organize email lists, audience segments, and campaign assets Track campaign performance and prepare reports Maintain SOPs, workflows, and documentation Monitor customer engagement and responses (DMs, comments, etc.) Support marketing managers with updates and administrative tasks Research competitor email campaigns and market trends Ensure accuracy and consistency in marketing execution

Qualifications

At least 1 year experience in email marketing or digital marketing support Knowledge of email tools like Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc. Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills Good written communication skills Strong attention to detail and organization Ability to work independently in a remote setup Bonus: experience in SEO, PPC, or content marketing
