Etsy Store Manager

This is a hands-on eCommerce store management role where you will build and scale a new Etsy store from zero. Your main focus is to increase sales through product research, SEO optimization, ads, and conversion-focused strategies.

Set up and fully optimize the Etsy store Create SEO-friendly product listings (titles, tags, descriptions) Conduct product and keyword research Identify high-demand, low-competition products Manage Etsy Ads and optimize ROI Set pricing and promotion strategies Monitor daily store performance (traffic, sales, conversions) Improve conversion rates through testing and optimization Drive external traffic via Instagram and social media Continuously test new products and marketing ideas

Proven experience in managing Etsy stores (required) Strong knowledge of Etsy SEO and ranking system Experience with Etsy Ads and campaign optimization Understanding of eCommerce conversion strategies Ability to do product research and market analysis Basic knowledge of Canva or Photoshop (preferred) Experience in dropshipping, POD, or eCommerce (bonus) Strong analytical mindset focused on sales performance
