Head of E-commerce

This is a senior leadership role where you will be responsible for managing and scaling a company’s entire e-commerce business. You will handle digital sales growth, marketing strategy, team leadership, and profitability across online channels.

Manage overall e-commerce growth and digital operations Lead performance marketing (Meta, Google, and other platforms) Improve customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value (LTV) Optimize conversion rates and sales funnel performance Lead and mentor cross-functional teams (marketing, CRM, creative) Explore new growth channels like marketplaces, affiliates, and partnerships Ensure profitability and return on investment (ROI) Use data to make strategic business decisions Oversee end-to-end e-commerce strategy and execution

2+ years in a senior e-commerce or growth role (strong experience needed) Experience in performance marketing and digital growth strategies Strong leadership and team management experience Ability to analyze data and make business decisions Experience with DTC brands (supplements, skincare, etc. is a plus) Proven ability to manage revenue growth or P&L responsibility Strong understanding of online consumer behavior in Pakistan or similar markets
