HR Officer

DMG Pharmaceutical is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our team and support our growing HR operations: 🔹 What You’ll Do: * Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job postings, CV screening, interview coordination) * Handle onboarding, employee documentation & HR records * Monitor attendance and manage leaves process. * Ensure compliance with HR policies and internal procedures 🔹 What We’re Looking For: * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources * 1–2 years of relevant HR experience * Familiarity with ERP-based HR softwares * Strong communication, organization & coordination skills * Rawalpindi/Islamabad based candidates are preferred 📍 Location: Westridge 1, Rawalpindi 📩 Apply at: careers@dmgpharmaceutical.com 📌 Please mention “HR Officer” in the subject line
