Information Technology Support Specialist

This is an IT support and data management role where you will handle databases, reporting, system monitoring, and internal technical support for sales and operational teams. The job combines IT, data analysis, and administrative support.

Possess a strong understanding of D-Base and E-Sales software. Allocate data to the sales team based on instructions from Country Head. Perform data analysis and generate graphs and reports. Update databases by adding new companies and campaigns as directed. Download and upload business line call records weekly; coordinate with the network manager. Prepare weekly and monthly reports for the sales team. Monitor website performance and speed; suggest improvements if required. Identify technical or operational issues and provide effective solutions. Recommend improvements for systems and processes. Train and update new interns on D-Base and E-Sales software. Conduct regular training sessions for existing staff. Understand the significance of dispatch processes and ensure proper execution. Analyze the database for better solutions and improvements. Perform any other tasks assigned by the HOD or management.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Strong knowledge of database management, reporting tools, and IT systems. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and reporting functions. Good problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
