Responsibilities

Lead overall laboratory operations and workflow efficiency Ensure quality assurance and compliance with ISO, CAP, and JCIA standards Maintain patient safety and accurate diagnostic reporting Manage budgeting, cost control, and resources Oversee recruitment, training, and performance of lab staff

Qualifications

MPhil / FCPS (Pathology or relevant field) DCP preferred 8–10 years’ experience, including 3–5 years in a leadership role Strong knowledge of lab standards and management skills
