The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Media, or a related field and brings 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing and digital advertising. Although this position does not involve managing a team, it requires strong collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to align marketing efforts with business goals. The Performance Marketing Manager will take full ownership of the media buying process and campaign optimization initiatives. This includes leveraging analytics tools like Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager to evaluate campaign performance and refine targeting strategies. A solid understanding of SEO, SEM, conversion optimization, and attribution models is critical to drive impactful marketing outcomes. The role is highly analytical, focusing on interpreting key performance indicators and adjusting campaigns to continuously improve effectiveness and achieve ambitious growth objectives for Faysal Bank Ltd.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies and campaigns Plan and manage lead generation strategies across digital channels Monitor and optimize campaign performance against KPIs (CPL, CPA, conversions, ROI) Liaise with media agencies and digital partners to maximize effectiveness of ad spend Manage and optimize campaigns across social media, search, display, and programmatic platforms Identify new opportunities to enhance reach, engagement, and conversions Oversee and manage the bank’s website performance, ensuring KPIs are met Implement and optimize SEO strategies to improve search rankings and organic traffic Analyze campaign and website data, and provide actionable insights and reports Ensure alignment of all campaigns with brand and business objectives
