Power BI Expert & Report Writer

This role focuses on building advanced Power BI dashboards and reporting systems for large-scale construction and infrastructure projects. You will support project controls, executive reporting, and data-driven decision-making for mixed-use developments in the UAE. You will work in a project management consultancy (PMC) environment, dealing with cost, schedule, risk, and progress reporting.

Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports Build advanced data models using DAX calculations Extract and transform data using SQL and Power Query Create executive-level reports for senior management and steering committees Integrate data from systems like Primavera P6 (project planning tool) Support project controls reporting (cost, schedule, risk, change control) Optimize dashboard performance and ensure data accuracy Apply governance and security standards (Row-Level Security) Collaborate with project teams to understand reporting requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems Advanced Power BI skills (data modeling, DAX, calculated tables) Strong Excel skills (Power Query, Power Pivot) At least 3 years of hands-on Power BI development experience 7+ years experience in program/project controls reporting SQL for data extraction and reporting Experience with Primavera P6 or similar project management tools Knowledge of cost, schedule, and risk reporting systems Power BI governance, performance tuning, and security (RLS) Construction or infrastructure projects PMC (Project Management Consultancy) or owner-side experience Large-scale developments (hotels, malls, residential, mixed-use, etc.)
