This role focuses on contacting candidates, conducting quick qualification calls, and scheduling interviews efficiently.

Responsibilities

Make high-volume outbound calls to pre-qualified candidates Conduct brief phone screenings and assess candidate fit Schedule interviews directly with hiring managers Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely follow-ups Record interaction details accurately in CRM systems Meet daily and weekly scheduling targets

Qualifications

Strong communication and phone presence Ability to handle 150+ calls per day Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills Reliable remote work setup (internet, computer, power backup) Experience in appointment setting, sales, or recruiting is beneficial
