Security Supervisor

Supervise daily activities of security guards team Ensure safety and security of premises, staff, and visitors Conduct regular patrols and inspections Monitor CCTV systems and security checkpoints Handle and report security incidents or emergencies Maintain daily security logs and reports Ensure guards follow company security policies Train new security staff and guide team performance Coordinate with management and emergency services when needed Control access of visitors, vehicles, and deliveries

Able to adapt quickly to our fast-paced international environment, to be considered for this position, you must have: Degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Risk Management or related field First Aid, Fire Safety and Emergency Response Training Proven experience in a senior security management role Experience in managing security teams across an extensive campus / school Strong knowledge of security systems (CCTV, access control, alarm systems) Experience in risk assessment and incident investigation Experience liaising with local authorities and emergency services Experience in crisis management and emergency planning Strong communication skills with ability to liaise with senior leadership, staff and external stakeholders
