Enforce and maintain Salesforce and other systems’ data quality controls to ensure that data is relevant, accurate, and reliable Support GTM team’s reporting and other internal administrative processes to optimize and rationalize existing pipeline. Track funnel metrics (conversion, velocity, coverage) and run hygiene checks to amplify performance. Coordinate NDAs, IOIs/LOIs, and deadlines across sourcing, execution, and management. Build monthly and quarterly RevOps roadmap to prioritize critical opportunities while regularly updating stakeholders on progress Review, propose, and implement process improvements based on an understanding of team structures and KPIs.

2–5 years in Sales/Revenue Ops or Sales Administration, ideally in an enterprise setting. Degree in Business, Statistics, Project Management, or a related field is a nice to have. High proficiency, hands-on Salesforce administrator and/or user (reports/dashboards, validation basics, data loader) Strong Excel/Sheets skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivots, data cleaning). Experience in outbound sales and ability to speak additional languages are highly considered. Experience creating and optimizing GTM strategies, along with cohesive processes, tooling, and methodologies Detail oriented with sound written and verbal communication skills, and comfort encouraging/nudging sourcing reps.
