Branch Manager - Islamic Banking

This is a senior banking leadership role where you will manage the entire branch operations of an Islamic banking unit. You will be responsible for achieving business targets, managing staff, growing deposits, ensuring compliance, and improving overall branch performance and customer experience.

Achieve branch business targets (deposits, CASA, income, cross-selling) Increase branch profitability through sales and customer growth Manage and develop branch staff (BDOs, frontline team, etc.) Identify new customers and grow lending and trade business Retain existing customers and expand relationships Ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction Handle complaints and resolve issues quickly Ensure compliance with KYC/AML and banking regulations Monitor branch operations and improve efficiency Conduct staff training and performance review sessions Maintain strong Islamic banking compliance and product knowledge

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferred) Islamic Banking certification (NIBAF preferred) Minimum 3 years banking experience Strong leadership and team management skills Knowledge of Islamic banking rules and products Good communication and decision-making ability Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
