Associate Manager, Sales Development (Public Sector)

This is a senior-level sales leadership role where you manage a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). The focus is on generating high-quality business pipeline for public sector clients through outbound sales activities.

Manage and lead a team of outbound SDRs Coach and train team members to improve performance and meeting quality Drive outbound prospecting to generate new business opportunities Build relationships with public sector decision-makers Understand client needs, pain points, and procurement processes Ensure the team meets monthly sales and activity targets Work closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and Sales Operations Maintain CRM accuracy and performance tracking Improve sales processes and productivity

Bachelor’s degree (preferred from US, UK, or Canada) or experience with international B2B markets 2+ years of sales leadership experience (preferred) 4+ years of experience in outbound sales and lead generation Experience in public sector sales is strongly preferred Strong leadership and mentoring skills Ability to analyze sales data and performance metrics Excellent communication and collaboration skills Proactive and results-driven mindset
