OctaMD is offering a Business Development Intern position to help individuals start their career in sales and business development. The role focuses on lead generation, client outreach, and communication with potential customers through platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, and other freelancing channels. Interns will gain practical experience in modern outreach strategies and AI tools such as ChatGPT for research and client engagement.

Responsibilities

Generate leads using LinkedIn, Upwork, and freelancing platforms Contact and communicate with potential clients Support client outreach and business development activities Assist in preparing messages, proposals, and follow-ups Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) for research and outreach support Maintain records of leads and client interactions Work under guidance to learn sales and BD strategies Support team in achieving outreach and conversion goals

Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field * Familiarity with LinkedIn, Upwork, and freelancing platforms * Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal) * Good typing speed with strong attention to detail * Hands-on knowledge of AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar * Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities * Eagerness to learn and grow in a professional environment
