Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers and clients in a professional and courteous manner Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products, services, or programs Troubleshoot issues and escalate complex problems to appropriate teams Document and track all interactions in the company CRM system Maintain a high level of professionalism, patience, and empathy during calls

Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (U.S. accent preferred) Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Previous customer service experience is preferred Comfortable using CRM software and other communication tools Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
