Description

The role of a Professional Upwork Bidder at iTribeX involves generating business through freelance platforms like Upwork and Fiverr. The candidate will be responsible for identifying suitable projects, submitting proposals, communicating with clients, and converting leads into paying customers.

Responsibilities

Identify relevant projects on Upwork and Fiverr Write customized and effective proposals Communicate professionally with potential clients Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal team Follow up with leads to ensure conversion Negotiate terms and close deals Maintain records of bids, leads, and conversions

Qualifications

3–4 years of experience in Upwork or Fiverr bidding, or business development Proven track record of winning projects and generating sales Strong communication and proposal writing skills Good understanding of software, web, mobile applications, SaaS, or AI services Strong negotiation and closing skills Experience working with international clients is preferred
