This role is a customer-facing position in a Jazz Experience Center where you will handle walk-in customers, solve their issues, guide them about products and services, and ensure a smooth and high-quality customer experience. You will also support sales, retention, and customer satisfaction goals.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist walk-in customers at the Experience Center Handle customer queries and provide quick solutions Use CRM systems and related tools for customer management Resolve complaints and ensure timely issue closure Improve customer experience and reduce waiting time Achieve monthly sales and service KPIs Upsell telecom products and services Support customer retention and reduce churn Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution Stay updated on Jazz products, policies, and promotio

Qualifications
