Business Development Assistant

We are hiring a Part-Time Business Development (BD) to support P2P merchant onboarding, liquidity growth, and local market development in Pakistan (PKR). This role is ideal for candidates who already have strong local networks in trading, fintech, or crypto communities and can drive results through focused execution and merchant relationships, without a full-time commitment.

Merchant Onboarding & Activation Contact, onboard, and activate General Advertisers (GA) and Verified Advertisers (VA) in the PKR market Support merchants with onboarding, ad posting, and initial activation Ensure merchants remain active and meet platform requirements Market Development (Execution-Focused) Support offline meetups, community sessions, and university outreach (as required) Identify local opportunities to grow P2P adoption through grassroots engagement KOL & P2P School Support Assist in driving awareness and conversions via local KOLs and trader communities Support execution of P2P School initiatives (training sessions, workshops, online education) Liquidity Growth Bring high-quality VAs from competitor platforms where possible Encourage consistent ad posting and liquidity contribution in PKR pairs Reporting & Tracking Update daily tracking documents (lightweight, execution-focused) Join weekly performance calls with the regional team

Prior experience in Business Development, Sales, Community, or Crypto/P2P ecosystem Strong understanding of Pakistan’s P2P, payments, or digital trading environment Existing merchant, trader, or crypto community connections is a strong advantage Comfortable with outreach, follow-ups, and relationship management Able to work independently with clear targets and reporting discipline Fluent in English and Urdu
