Content Coordinator

This is a content coordination and client communication role where you manage content workflows for law firm clients in the US. You will coordinate interviews, handle client communication, and ensure all content tasks are completed on time with proper documentation.

Communicate with clients for interview scheduling, updates, and edits Send follow-ups via email and phone for non-responsive clients Schedule and manage client interviews (around 10 per week) Draft and review interview question outlines for content (eBooks, videos, attorney interviews) Maintain accurate records of client activity and content progress Prepare weekly reports and update internal tracking systems Coordinate with editorial, support, and CSR teams Ensure all deliverables are completed on time and properly documented Attend team meetings and provide status updates

Strong written and spoken English (US-level fluency preferred) Excellent organization and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines Comfortable with client communication (email + calls) Good understanding of grammar and professional writing Familiar with Google Docs, spreadsheets, and basic tools Ability to work independently in remote environment Ability to follow instructions and SOPs Preferred (Not required): Experience in content marketing or legal marketing Knowledge of SEO or content strategy Experience in interviews, podcasts, or transcription Familiarity with CRM tools
