A Customer Support Agent Level 1 handles customer inquiries through chat, email, or ticketing systems. The role focuses on solving basic issues, providing quick support, and ensuring customers get a smooth and positive experience.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer queries via chat, email, or ticketing systems Solve basic customer problems and escalate complex issues when needed Follow company guidelines, templates (macros), and support processes Maintain and update records, reports, and knowledge base content Meet performance targets like response time and customer satisfaction Identify common issues and share feedback for improvement Work with other teams to resolve customer problems quickly Provide polite, professional, and empathetic customer support Perform any additional tasks assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (Business, IT, or related field preferred) Around 1 year experience in customer support or call center Good English communication skills (written and verbal) Basic knowledge of CRM or ticketing tools Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Team player with a positive attitude Good time management and organizational skills
