LDP Logistics is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Executive Assistant to support our executive team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational abilities, strong judgment, and the capacity to anticipate needs and solve problems before they arise. This role requires someone who is flexible, detail-oriented, and able to manage a fast-paced environment with professionalism and discretion.

Responsibilities

Proactive Support: Anticipate the needs of the executive team and provide support without needing constant direction. Calendar & Task Management: Coordinate and manage schedules, meetings, and events to ensure seamless operations. Prioritize tasks effectively to support the executive team’s goals. Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and maintain confidentiality in all business matters. Communication: Act as a key point of contact for internal and external communications, drafting emails, preparing reports, and handling requests with poise and professionalism. Problem-Solving: Address challenges head-on by offering solutions and taking the initiative to resolve issues independently. Relationship Management: Manage relationships across the company and with external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration. Advisory Role: Serve as a trusted advisor to the executive team, providing input on decisions and assisting with strategic planning and execution. Availability & Flexibility: Provide support as needed to adapt to changes, and be available to handle tasks quickly and efficiently, often on short notice.

Qualifications

Exceptional Organizational Skills: Ability to manage complex calendars, coordinate multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, expreince shoud be 02 years minimum. Strong Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft polished emails and reports. Proactive Problem Solver: Take initiative to solve issues, offering solutions without needing detailed direction. Confidentiality & Discretion: Trustworthy and able to manage sensitive information with care. Adaptability: Flexible and able to handle changes, shifting priorities, and urgent requests with ease. Judgment & Decision-Making: Ability to make sound decisions independently, with the best interest of the executive team in mind. Tech-Savviness: Proficient in using office software, scheduling tools, and communication platforms. Positive Attitude: Maintains a professional and positive demeanor, even under pressure.
