Food & Beverage Manager

The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for managing all restaurant, dining, and hotel food service operations. You will ensure high-quality guest experiences, manage staff performance, control costs, and maintain smooth coordination between kitchen (back-of-house) and service (front-of-house) operations.

Oversee full Food & Beverage operations (restaurants, room service, banquet, etc.) Ensure excellent guest service experience and handle complaints effectively Manage and lead F&B staff, ensuring training, performance, and development Create and implement operational plans and service standards Control budget, cost, and inventory management Improve profitability and efficiency of F&B operations Coordinate with other hotel departments for smooth service delivery Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hospitality regulations Monitor productivity and ensure high service standards Build strong relationships with stakeholders and vendors

Proven experience in Food & Beverage or hospitality management Strong leadership and team management skills Hands-on operational experience in restaurants or hotels Excellent problem-solving and guest service mindset Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage budgets, costs, and inventory Familiarity with hotel IT systems or POS systems Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
