Responsibilities

Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary materials (pens, forms, paper, etc.) Greet and welcome guests Answer questions and address complaints Responsible for overseeing clerical and administrative tasks. Answering phone calls and keeping an inventory of office supplies. Managing files and recording information as needed Receive letters, packages, etc., and distribute them Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels, etc. Check, sort, and forward emails Providing support to Admin and HR for documentation. Helping organize and maintain office common areas. Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules, etc.) Assist HR team in communicating with candidates.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or more with experience of at least 2-3 years. Excellent English communication skills Knowledge of appropriate software including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat Customer service orientation
