HR Business Partner - Novamobility

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (Plant) to support our operations at the Landhi facility. This role is responsible for providing comprehensive HR support by closely partnering with line management and leading core HR processes including recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, training & development, and grievance resolution.

Act as a strategic HR partner to plant leadership, providing expert guidance on HR matters. Meet with employees regularly to conduct progress reviews, listen to concerns, and manage grievances. Lead and execute end-to-end recruitment for plant-based roles. Oversee and support implementation of employee onboarding and orientation programs for management staff. Promote a transparent and inclusive workplace culture that encourages open communication. Educate employees and managers on company policies, including those related to code of conduct, harassment prevention, and social media usage. Coordinate with line managers to ensure HR staff and processes are aligned with business needs. Proactively resolve conflicts between employees and management, and ensure proper disciplinary procedures are followed. Conduct training needs analysis, develop an annual training calendar, and coordinate training initiatives accordingly. Monitor employee engagement, morale, and productivity, and contribute to fostering a positive work environment. Support the central HR team in rolling out company-wide HR programs and initiatives across the plant.

Education: Bachelor's or Master's in Human Resource Management or equivalent. Experience: 4 - 6 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a plant or manufacturing environment. A minimum of 2 years of experience in the automotive industry would be a plus.
