HR Executive - Job for HR | Webnet Pakistan

We are hiring a skilled HR Executive with at least 1 year of experience in human resource functions. The ideal candidate should hold an official degree in HR and have a solid understanding of recruitment, employee engagement, HR documentation, and organizational policies.

Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and documentation. Support payroll processing and leave/attendance tracking. Handle day-to-day HR operations and employee queries. Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communication. Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies. Assist in performance management processes and training coordination.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field (MBA-HR preferred). Experience: Minimum 1 year of professional experience in an HR role. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Familiarity with HR software/tools (e.g., HRMS). Good understanding of labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
