Description

HyperLeap is a technology startup focused on developing intelligent logistics sorting robots powered by artificial intelligence. The Overseas Sales Manager will be responsible for expanding the company’s presence in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. This role involves managing the full B2B sales cycle, including lead generation, client presentations, negotiations, and contract closure. The candidate will act as a regional pioneer, building new markets from scratch and working closely with technical and product teams to deliver customized solutions for international clients.

Responsibilities

Develop and expand sales in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region Manage the full B2B sales cycle (lead generation → closing deals) Identify and approach potential clients in target industries Present robotics and automation solutions to customers Negotiate contracts and finalize agreements Coordinate with technical and delivery teams for client solutions Represent the company at exhibitions and industry events Build brand presence and business networks in APAC markets Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development Experience in robotics, logistics, or automation (preferred) Strong existing network in APAC region (Southeast Asia, Japan, Korea, Australia, etc.) Experience in industries like logistics, beauty, footwear, publishing (preferred) Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills Ability to work in fast-paced startup environments Fluent English (additional languages like Japanese/Korean are a plus) Willingness to travel internationally
