A CX (Customer Experience) Associate works directly with customers (buyers & sellers), helps solve their problems, and ensures they have a smooth experience using the platform.

Responsibilities

Handle customer queries via chat, email, or other channels Solve customer issues quickly and professionally Follow company processes and improve them when possible Work with other teams (product, operations, supply) Track performance (response time, resolution rate, etc.) Handle escalations and complex issues Give feedback to improve customer experience Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Qualifications

0–2 years experience (fresh or junior level can apply) Good English communication (written + spoken) Strong attention to detail Basic knowledge of CRM/tools (or willingness to learn) Problem-solving mindset Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Team player with a customer-first attitude
