Description

This is a banking telesales and customer relationship role where you will contact customers, promote credit cards or banking products, and achieve monthly sales targets. The role is heavily KPI-driven and focused on card acquisition and cross-selling financial products.

Responsibilities

Achieve monthly sales and KPI targets (card acquisition focus) Call and contact potential/existing customers Promote and explain banking products and credit cards Understand customer needs and recommend suitable financial solutions Cross-sell and upsell banking services Maintain accurate customer records and system updates Follow banking policies, compliance, and verification rules Handle customer queries and resolve complaints Build and maintain strong customer relationships Prepare daily and monthly sales reports Participate in daily team meetings and performance reviews

Qualifications

University graduate 1–2 years experience in banking or telesales (preferred) Strong communication and persuasion skills Customer-focused and target-driven mindset Ability to work under pressure and meet KPIs Good computer and analytical skills Team player with discipline and punctuality UAE banking experience is a plus (not required)
