Description

This is a bank sales + customer relationship role where you will bring in new banking customers, sell financial products (accounts, loans, credit cards), and maintain strong relationships with clients. The main focus is on achieving sales targets and growing the bank’s customer base.

Responsibilities

Generate new business for liability accounts and term deposits. Achieve sales targets for credit cards, personal loans, and gold finance. Conduct field visits, build customer relationships, and develop referral channels. Ensure proper documentation, KYC/AML compliance, and portfolio quality. Maintain sales pipeline and submit regular performance reports.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (HEC recognized) 2–3 years experience in consumer banking / sales (preferred) Strong communication skills Target-oriented mindset Ability to work in field + office environment
