Responsibilities

Build targeted lead lists using tools like ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, and Apollo Execute high-volume outbound campaigns (email + LinkedIn) Personalize outreach to decision-makers (HR, CSR, People Ops, Finance leaders) Qualify inbound and outbound leads Schedule meetings for the founder/sales team Maintain clean CRM data in Salesforce Track outreach performance and iterate on messaging Follow up consistently with prospects

Qualifications

2-5 years of SDR / lead generation / sales experience Strong written English Comfortable with high-volume outreach (100+ touches/day) Experience with tools like Salesforce, ZoomInfo Unify/ Apollo, and Mailchimp Highly organized and process-oriented Self-starter who can work independently Bonus: Experience selling SaaS or B2B products
