We’re hiring a driven and confident Sales Specialist to join our growing signage company. In this role, you’ll speak directly with inbound leads, understand their requirements, and guide them toward the right neon and illuminated signage solutions.

Responsibilities

Connect with inbound prospects through phone, chat, and email Understand client needs and offer accurate product recommendations Turn inquiries into closed sales and long-term repeat customers Maintain a clean, well-structured sales pipeline and follow-up system Prepare daily/weekly sales updates and performance reports Stay disciplined, responsive, and results-focused in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

3+ years of proven sales experience B2B. Fluent English with a neutral or American accent Strong communication, listening, and persuasive skills Solid organization and time-management abilities Quick learner with a proactive, target-driven mindset Comfortable working overnight to align with U.S. hours
