Description

The Senior Sales Person will drive revenue growth by securing new clients and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. This role is responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to expand the company’s market presence within the freight forwarding industry.

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the freight forwarding industry. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term partnerships. Develop and present tailored logistics solutions to meet client needs. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by management. Stay updated on industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery to clients.

Qualifications

Proven track record in sales of min 3years within the freight forwarding or logistics industry. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools. Education has to be minimum Graduation.
