Social Media & Community Manager

This role is a high-ownership startup position where you manage social media, online community, and campaign operations for a Web3 / real estate / finance (RWA) company. You will handle content posting, community engagement, campaign execution, and coordination of online events (like X Spaces), while helping build brand trust and audience growth. It is a hands-on execution + coordination role, not just content creation.

Manage daily content on X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Instagram Schedule and publish posts aligned with brand tone Adapt content for different platforms Track post performance and engagement insights Engage with community members and respond to comments/messages Moderate discussions and remove spam Build and grow a high-quality online community Collect user feedback and insights Run campaigns using tools like Galxe / Zealy Manage ambassador / contributor programs Track participation, tasks, and campaign progress Ensure smooth execution of growth campaigns Organize X Spaces (Twitter live audio sessions) Find and invite guests / KOLs Handle scheduling, topics, and coordination Prepare post-event summaries Prepare weekly performance reports Maintain trackers (campaigns, outreach, engagement) Monitor community growth metrics Flag issues and improvement areas

2–4 years experience in: Social media management Community management Digital marketing / growth roles Strong English communication skills Experience with X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Discord, Instagram Understanding of online communities and engagement behavior Ability to manage multiple tasks and workflows Familiarity with Web3 / fintech / startups is a plus Experience in X Spaces, Discord moderation, or campaigns is preferred Technical Skills: AI tools (ChatGPT, content tools) Canva / basic design tools Notion, Google Sheets, Slack or similar tools
