Trainee – Public Relations and Influencer Marketing (PR&IM)

IO Digital is looking for a passionate and ambitious individual to join our Karachi team as a Trainee in Influencer Marketing. This role offers an exciting opportunity to immerse yourself in the dynamic world of influencer marketing within the digital advertising landscape.

Assist in identifying suitable influencers for client campaigns based on target demographics, brand alignment, and audience engagement metrics. Support in the reporting and coordination of contracts with influencers, ensuring all parties are aligned on deliverables, timelines, and compensation. Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop engaging campaign concepts tailored to specific influencers and platforms. Contribute in monitoring and tracking campaign performance metrics. Keep up with updates and insights to optimize ongoing and future campaigns. Stay informed about emerging trends and best practices in influencer marketing, contributing fresh ideas and innovative approaches to our campaigns.`

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or currently enrolled in the last semester). Strong passion for digital marketing and influencer culture, with a keen eye for identifying emerging trends and potential opportunities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with influencers and internal team members. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
