Description

This role involves managing overall HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and compliance. You will act as a bridge between employees and management while ensuring smooth HR operations and a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding, ensuring a strong talent pipeline. Serve as the first point of contact for employee concerns, resolving issues professionally and maintaining a positive work environment. Oversee onboarding, performance management, and employee development programs. Manage payroll processing and related statutory compliance including EOBI and PESSI. Ensure all HR policies and practices comply with company guidelines and labor laws. Drive employee engagement, training, and retention initiatives to build a motivated workforce. Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and documentation. Support leadership in implementing HR strategies that align with organizational objectives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. 3 years of proven experience in HR, handling recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees and leadership. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex employee matters. In-depth understanding of HR compliance, labor laws, and best practices. Demonstrated leadership ability and experience in managing or mentoring teams. Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems.
