Description

This role is part of telecom field operations where you will ensure smooth customer service, network installation, complaint resolution, and maintenance of broadband, IPTV, and PSTN services. You will work on improving customer experience and ensuring targets for installations and fault repairs are met.

Responsibilities

Achieve installation targets for broadband, IPTV, PSTN, and GPON services Meet network expansion and “Net Adds” targets Monitor and resolve customer complaints within required time (MTTR/MTTP) Ensure proper mapping and maintenance of network elements Supervise cable jointing (underground and aerial) and network testing Support field teams with training on installation and fault fixing Conduct regular performance review meetings Collect competitor and market information Identify and report illegal network usage or subletting issues

Qualifications

BE / BS in Electronics, Electrical, Telecommunication Engineering or related field Minimum 1 year relevant experience preferred
