This is a customer support call-center job where you handle U.S.-based customers over the phone, solve their problems, and provide product/service support according to company procedures.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer calls (voice support) Assist U.S. customers with queries and issues Provide accurate solutions based on company processes Suggest product alternatives if items are unavailable Follow strict support guidelines and scripts Maintain customer satisfaction and service quality Stay updated with system/process changes

Qualifications

Minimum Matric / O Levels or above Strong English speaking and writing skills Neutral or American-style accent preferred Basic MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel) Must be 18+ with valid CNIC
