Description

This is a customer support + operations job where you handle customer emails and live chat queries. You will also manage account updates, upgrades, complaints, and technical support tasks for clients and users of the platform.

Responsibilities

Responsible for provisioning the packages upon receiving invoices for new & existing accounts. Responsible for client account up gradation upon receiving invoices from different channels. Responsible for client account degradation upon expiration of client account. Responsible for handling other degradation requests from different channels (Ops, Customer Service, Listing Team). Responsible to setup XML feed Integration. Clients grievance handling by escalating all issues related to Bayut.com, reported by clients, A/C manager to manager operations. Live chat support to all related web users. Providing after sales & support to all account managers.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (graduate required) 6 months – 1 year experience in customer support (preferred) Strong English writing skills (very important) Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel) Good communication and follow-up skills Experience in call center/support role preferred
