Description

The Financial Analyst will support the company by analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and helping management make informed decisions. You will work with financial systems like ERP, Excel, and Power BI to study budgets, performance, and forecasts across different business units (construction, real estate, Oil & Gas, hospitality).

Responsibilities

Extract financial data from Trial Balance and General Ledger (GL) Perform budget vs actual (variance) analysis Build financial models for forecasting and budgeting Create dashboards and reports using Power BI Analyze financial trends and performance indicators Ensure accuracy by reconciling data with accounting teams Support month-end and year-end closing processes Provide insights for management decision-making

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field Minimum 2+ years experience in financial analysis or accounting Strong knowledge of: Financial statements Trial Balance & ERP systems Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Power Query, formulas like INDEX/MATCH) Experience with Power BI (mandatory or highly preferred) ERP knowledge (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is a plus
