Description

This role is focused on end-to-end event coordination and administration. You will help plan, organize, and execute events by managing schedules, coordinating with teams and vendors, handling documentation, and ensuring smooth delivery of events. It is a highly organized, admin-heavy coordination role where attention to detail and communication are very important.

Responsibilities

Assist in defining event goals, scope, and deliverables Create detailed event timelines and schedules Coordinate tasks between internal teams, vendors, and partners Track milestones and deadlines Act as main contact for event updates Maintain communication between all stakeholders (teams, vendors, partners) Organize meetings and record minutes Follow up on action points Keep stakeholders updated on progress and risks Maintain complete event documentation (plans, reports, contracts) Track event progress and logistics Prepare reports for management Support budget tracking and vendor payment processing Draft official letters and communications Assist in obtaining permits and approvals for events Ensure compliance with regulations and internal procedures

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in: Business Administration Event Management Hospitality or related field 2–4 years experience in: Event coordination Project coordination Administrative support
