Overseas Sales Manager (Asia-Pacific)

The company is a technology startup focused on developing intelligent logistics sorting robot solutions powered by robotics and artificial intelligence. The Overseas Sales Manager will be responsible for expanding business in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region by developing new clients and managing the full sales cycle.

Develop and expand business in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) market Identify and generate new sales leads and business opportunities Build and maintain strong relationships with industry clients Present robotic logistics solutions to potential customers Handle full sales cycle: lead generation → negotiation → closing deals Develop and execute regional sales strategies Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets Collaborate with internal teams and report to Sales Director Leverage industry connections in logistics, cosmetics, footwear, and publishing sectors

Proven experience in overseas sales or business development Strong industry network (logistics, retail, publishing, or related sectors preferred) Ability to manage full sales cycle independently Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Experience in B2B sales and international markets Strong strategic thinking and market expansion skills Self-driven, target-oriented, and results-focused mindset
