Description

You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, pitching our outsourcing services to international prospects, and managing client relationships to drive long-term growth.

Responsibilities

Identify and reach out to potential clients in the UK and Australian markets through LinkedIn, email outreach, and cold calling Pitch the company's accounting and HR outsourcing services to prospects and convert leads into paying clients Manage the full sales cycle — from initial outreach and proposal to negotiation and onboarding Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and upsell opportunities Prepare weekly pipeline reports and meet monthly revenue targets Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery Represent the company professionally in all client-facing communications

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales or B2C sales, or client-facing roles Prior exposure to accounting, finance, or professional services outsourcing is a strong advantage Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (essential for UK/Australian client interaction) Comfortable working in the UK or Australian time zone shifts when required Proficient in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach tools, and MS Office Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident in handling international clients
