Description

This role is for a Remote Business Development Manager in a B2B digital and AI marketing agency. The candidate will be responsible for generating and closing international business clients for services such as SEO, Google/Meta Ads, AI-powered marketing, and web development.

Responsibilities

Identify and acquire new B2B clients globally Conduct cold outreach and lead generation activities Manage complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing Conduct discovery calls and pitch digital marketing services Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients Maintain long-term relationships with onboarded clients Coordinate with internal marketing and operations teams Ensure smooth client onboarding and project delivery Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets Represent company in a professional manner with international clients

Qualifications

Proven experience in B2B sales or business development Experience in digital marketing, SEO, PPC, or web services (preferred) Strong understanding of digital marketing and ROI-based selling Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken) Strong negotiation and persuasion skills Self-motivated and able to work independently in remote setup Ability to manage full sales cycle without supervision Target-driven and performance-oriented mindset

Benefits

Base salary: PKR 30,000 – 50,000 per month High commission up to 40% per closed deal Fully remote work (work from anywhere in Pakistan) Flexible working environment 30 days paid annual leave
