This is a leadership role where you manage a team of Business Development (BD) interns who do cold outreach.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise BD interns Assign daily and weekly outreach targets Ensure team performance and accountability Manage email and DM outreach campaigns Improve outreach messages, scripts, and sequences Test new outreach strategies across different platforms

Qualifications

Strong English communication skills Experience in leadership or team management Knowledge of cold email or DM outreach Ability to work with data and KPIs Accountability-driven mindset Ability to manage people without micromanaging Preference for candidates based in Pakistan
