Sales Coordinator (UK Market | In-House | Faisalabad)

This role is for a Sales Coordinator handling UK market customers from the Faisalabad office. The candidate will serve as the first point of contact for incoming customer inquiries through phone, email, WhatsApp, and other digital channels. The main responsibility is to understand customer requirements, gather detailed information, and qualify leads before passing them to the sales team.

Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp Act as the first point of contact for UK-based customers Ask structured questions to understand customer requirements Qualify leads based on customer intent and information Pass high-quality leads to the sales team Record all customer details in CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) Maintain accurate and updated pipeline records Provide clear summaries of customer needs to internal teams Ensure smooth handover of qualified leads Maintain professional communication standards Follow up internally when required Support customer experience during initial interaction stage

Strong command of English (fluent and professional communication) Experience in customer service, coordination, or sales support (preferred) Good listening and questioning skills Ability to handle multiple enquiries at the same time Strong attention to detail and organization skills Familiarity with CRM tools (advantage but not mandatory) Ability to work in structured and process-driven environment Willingness to work UK business hours (1 PM – 9 PM)
