This is a sales/referral-based role for a web development agency.

Responsibilities

Find potential business clients (local or online) Pitch web design services (WordPress websites, e-commerce, landing pages) Refer or introduce clients to the agency owner Maintain relationships with business owners, freelancers, or companies Help increase client acquisition through networking Possibly use: WhatsApp outreach LinkedIn networking Cold messaging/emailing Personal contacts

Qualifications

Strong communication & persuasion skills Ability to talk to business owners confidently Basic understanding of: Websites (WordPress, e-commerce) Digital marketing (helpful but not required) Networking ability (very important) Self-motivation (no fixed salary) Experience in sales, freelancing, or marketing is a plus
